About the event
Activities: Free craft and wildlife exploration activities for children, and guided walks with the reserve team.
Guided walks at 11.30am and 1pm lasting one hour approx. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to the reforesting of the site by planting acorns!
Facilities: There is parking on site, and a portaloo will be available.
Our work to reconnect this new land has been supported by our partners, PSH Environmental, with funding and practical conservation management.

Events will take place in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear. Please be advised to take caution when walking on a site with open water and ensure that you always remain on the designated paths. Biting insects can be present at certain times of the year and you may choose to apply insect repellent as a precaution. In warmer weather, you may wish to bring a hat, sun cream and water.
