Not the dawn chorus - birdsong workshop
Event details
About the event
You don’t have to get up at dawn to hear our song birds. May marks the main influx of migratory birds into the UK. Territory formation is at its peak and newly arrived birds from Africa and Europe are keen to attract a mate so they will sing all day. On this workshop with ornithologist Carl Chapman, we aim to see, and hear, as many of our spring visitors and resident birds as possible during a walk around NWT Cley Marshes. There will be an illustrated presentation indoors before we venture out around the nature reserve.
