Norfolk Wildlife Trust runs a programme of wildlife and nature-based family activities at our reserves and other wildlife hotspots in the county. Booking is essential for most events.

Wildlife Watch events
Our monthly Wildlife Watch events are an exciting way for children to get to know Norfolk’s special wildlife. From bats and butterflies to fantastic fungi, each session investigates a cool wildlife highlight and how we can take action for nature. Our sessions are mainly based at our wonderful NWT Hickling Broad. Booking is essential.

Free family fun days
Explore NWT Cley Marshes for free! Each child and their accompanying adult can enjoy our visitor centre and nature reserve all day, with no admission cost (car parking charges still apply for non-members). While you’re here, pay a visit to the Simon Aspinall Wildlife Education Centre, where we will be offering free hands-on activities.
