About the event

This event is suitable for ages 16 - 25

Join us for a lantern-led stroll through the marshes and hear tales inspired by the flora and fauna around us.

This event is made in partnership with the Norfolk Folklore Society.

Before you attend the workshop, you will be sent a document with useful information and if you are under 18 you will be sent a parental consent and personal risk assessment form, which we will need you to fill out and return to us in readiness for the session.

Accessible toilets are located at Sloughbottom Park.

Dogs

Dogs on short leads. Visitors with dogs must stay on the paths and keep dogs on a two metre lead to avoid disturbance to livestock and wildlife. Some areas of the site may have a temporary no dog policy in place - please observe signage on site.

Events will take place in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe. Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather with suitable footwear. Please be advised to take caution when walking on a site with open water and ensure that you always remain on the designated paths. Biting insects can be present at certain times of the year and you may choose to apply insect repellent as a precaution. In warmer weather, you may wish to bring sun cream, water and a sunhat.
