Event details
About the event
Join artist Louise Stebbing for one of the simplest and most rewarding forms of intaglio printmaking. Suitable for beginners and the more experienced. We will explore a variety of mark-making techniques to create texture and line using a needle to scratch an image onto a plastic plate . There will be the opportunity to try different inking methods including adding chine collé (cut pieces of thin papers /tissue to add a splash of colour) and taking through a press (using an X-cut Press) to transfer onto paper.
