Our Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team are looking for a volunteer to help them to assist in supporting the Trust’s Network and users.

WeeklyA number of duties and tasks are available depending on relevant qualification, interests and experience, including:
- Assisting the ICT Team with general ICT duties, such as: Setting up laptops, software installation, maintenance, and software updates.
- Providing some user support for standard applications such as Microsoft Office
- Preparing ICT user guides
- Researching ICT equipment suppliers and prices
- General admin tasks as required
The ideal candidate will have some if not all of the following skills and abilities:
- Proven interest in computers and ICT
- An understanding of Microsoft Office and PC hardware
- Ability to work as part of a team to support staff across the organisation
- Good organisational skills, including the ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Good administrative skills
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
