Creative writing outside - four summer days
Cley and Salthouse Marshes,
Cley Marshes is on the north Norfolk coast, on the A149 coast road, 6km north of Holt. The visitor centre and car park are easily accessible on the landward side of the road. About the event
Be inspired to write by what you find in the local landscape. A series of four day long nature writing workshops led by local poet and creative writing teacher Jonathan Ward. Sessions will include a walk and the opportunity to write outside. You will also be offered the chance to join in a reading event and a display of a selection of your work at Cley. All abilities welcome. (Please note: Time outside may vary according to the weather conditions).
Know before you go
Dogs
No dogs permitted on the reserve. Visitors with dogs can walk Beach Road, along the shingle bank (northern reserve boundary) and East bank.
