About the event
With binoculars at the ready, Nick Acheson, NWT Ambassador, takes us on a guided walk and shows us some of the birds that make this reserve so special. This event has been kindly funded by the Brecks Fen Edge and Rivers Landscape Partnership Scheme, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. This event is part of the Brecks Outdoor Festival. Biting insects can be present at certain times of the year and you may choose to apply insect repellent as a precaution. In warmer weather, you may wish to bring a hat, sun cream and water.
