About the event

NWT Ambassador Nick Acheson lived for ten years in Bolivia, where – everywhere from the bleak uplands of the Andes to the sweaty forests of Amazonia – he worked in conservation. He remains in close contact with many Bolivian conservationists and in this illustrated talk he will tell the story of their efforts to save the biodiversity of their priceless, beautiful country.
