Local Groups

Our Local Groups are at the heart of wildlife protection in Norfolk. They organise community events to inspire a love of our natural world and raise money to protect it.

Get together with other wildlife lovers, learn more about our amazing natural heritage, or take part in vital conservation work – joining a Local Group provides invaluable support for Norfolk's wildlife.

There are six Local Groups spread across Norfolk. They meet informally throughout the year for talks, walks, and social events.

Find your nearest group below. There's no need to apply – or even to be a member of Norfolk Wildlife Trust – simply head along to the next event.

The group promotes the wildlife of the area and offers regular activities, such as guided walks and talks by knowledgeable experts.

The group runs a series of social gatherings open to all, offering a chance to learn about and help support the area's wildlife together.
